The 30 hectares of our vineyards, cultivated in espalier and trained with Guyot pruning and spurred cordon, lie on the hills, about 200 meters above the sea level, and in the plains, near the Belice Destro river. These territories are privileged not only by their exposure, but also by a mild climate and by the composition of the soil, that terroir that is perceived in the scents of our wines.Not just vineyards...
Even centuries-old olive trees have their roots in our land, and from them we obtain extra virgin olive oils. Our products are the result of the enhancement of the potential and typicality of the area through the cultivation of native vines and olive groves. An experience that comes from the past, handed down as the most precious of family heirlooms, but that is combined now with the skills acquired through the years, in a path where tradition meets technology and embraces new knowledge, to preserve what nature has given us.ProductionWine
In our vineyards we cultivate white berried grapes such as Inzolia, Chardonnay and
Petit Manseng, and red berried grapes such as Perricone, Nero d’Avola and Syrah: the scents of Sicilian native vineyards meets the scents of international vines. The freshly harvested grapes are vinified by variety in the cellar located in the center of the business complex. The recent vinification, processing and bottling systems allow to obtain fragrant, soft wines with a good acidity.
